If you are planning to use your health insurance, what is your health insurance provider?

I can accept some insurance plans for counseling. I have active contracts with PacificSource, Moda, Blue Cross, and Providence. I am not able to accept any insurances for massage therapy.

If you are planning to pay out of pocket, do you need to utilize the sliding scale? If so, what would you like me to know?

If you opt to pay out of pocket instead of using health insurance, I can offer a same-day payment discount of $165 for a 60-minute session. If you are experiencing financial hardship that would make it impossible for you to otherwise receive mental health treatment, you may request a sliding scale slot for as little as $85. Bodywork is $120 for a 60 minute session. However as accessibility is important to me, if this creates a barrier for you getting the care you need, you may request to pay on a sliding scale as little as $65.
